Sound healing is the use of vibration, tone and resonance to support the body, spirit and mind in returning to a more balanced, relaxed state.
In my work, sound healing is experienced through live voice, intuitive sound, and sound healing instruments, creating an immersive environment where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Rather than something you need to figure out, it is something you feel.
These sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and mental clarity, helping you move out of stress and into a more grounded, present state.
My journey with sound and voice began as a natural evolution of my work in intuitive healing and embodiment back in 2009.
Over the past 20 plus years, I have supported individuals in reconnecting with themselves through energy work, coaching and deep listening. About a decade ago, I began exploring the power of sound and voice as direct pathways for healing and expression, and it transformed not only my work, but my life.
Sound gave me a way to move energy, access emotion, and connect with something deeper beyond words. It became a bridge between the body, the intuitive mind and creative expression.
Today, I share this work through classes, group experiences, and sound healing sessions, creating spaces where others can access that same sense of connection, release and inner clarity.
